How targeting the laser is achieved
The laser works on different chromophores to target a particular chromophore like melanin, haemoglobin, and water. During the laser hair removal, a light is emitted, which goes through your skin. When it contacts the darker hair follicle the heat from light is absorbed and it then alters the hair root. A few days after the treatment, the hair will fall out and the follicle will be unable to produce another hair.
Our laser is suitable for all skin types including dark skin.
Milesman blend is the only laser that works on four wavelengths one of these being Nd:YAG (neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet). This wavelength is ideally suited for brown, Asian, Indian, and black skin tones. Our practitioners have years of laser experience before joining us, making them the most knowledgeable and safest practitioners in the industry today, so you can trust us to safely help you get the results you desire.
How long does it take to see results?
Hair grows in four phases: the anagen (active) phase, the catagen (transitional) phase, the telogen (resting) phase and the exogen (shedding) phase. To prevent re-growth, the hair follicle must be targeted during the anagen phase, which is the only part of the growth cycle that the hair follicle is attached to the bulb (blood supply).
Individual hairs will most likely be in different parts of the hair growth cycle at any one time, that's why a course of treatment is required. Your practitioner will discuss this with you during your initial consultation, but as a guide we usually recommend around 6-8 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. This depends on the area to be treated and the individual. Following the initial session we recommend 2-3 maintenance sessions spaced 3-6 months apart.

There is a 25% deposit on mobile laser treatments. We understand that life can change your plans unexpectedly, that's why we will not charge a cancellation fee up to 4 hours prior to your treatment.
Minimum spend for us to come to your home is £33.00
